Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Route Coverage Solutions platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Route Coverage Solutions (“RCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Route Coverage Solutions provides a platform connecting route owners and operators with available coverage workers for grocery, vendor, merchandising, and delivery route operations in New Jersey and surrounding areas.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Worker and Route Owner Responsibilities

Workers agree to perform coverage duties professionally and reliably. Route owners agree to provide accurate job details and compensate workers as agreed. RCS is a connection platform and is not an employer of workers.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, misrepresent identity or qualifications, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees or safety measures.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior harmful to the platform or other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Route Coverage Solutions is not liable for disputes between workers and route owners, including but not limited to payment disputes, performance issues, or damages arising from route operations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
